Why This Works
Not Just Talk Therapy. Not Just Tools. BUT True Integration.
Because true healing isn’t about rushing or overwhelming your system. It’s about:
✔ Matching the right support to the right time
✔ Honouring your biology — body, brain & story
✔ Creating real safety (not just coping skills)
✔ Moving at your nervous system’s pace
This journey is designed to help you not just survive — but feel whole again.

Take the First Step
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
If something about this feels right, simply reach out. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
Healing is Possible. And You’re Not Alone.
No matter how long it’s been or how complex it feels, your system knows how to heal. Together, we’ll help it remember.
Meet Helen Ferguson
(In case we haven’t met yet)
Hi, I’m Helen Ferguson
I’m Not the stereotypical therapist. There’s no “therapy voice,” No endless note taking while you talk into the void. No scripts, no Formulas.”
Instead, I show up as a whole human, being fully present with you. I listen deeply, I notice what your nervous system is communicating, and I walk alongside you as you move through the experiences that have shaped you.
Because therapy isn’t about talking (although we do have to do some of that). It’s about connection, attunement, and creating conditions where healing finally feels possible.
i am highly qualified academic but also a real person!
I’m Helen – a therapist, a guide, and human being. I live in France with my husband ‘Fergs’ and my loyal canine co-therapist, Lyla. She keeps me grounded, making sure I never miss a delivery, and often reminding my clients of the power of simple presence.
You can shimmy to the “about helen” page if you want to dive into my list of academia/ qualifications and more
