Emotional Resilience Online Coaching Workshop

2: Surviving to Thriving

Duration: 6 week program online live training. 1 hour per week.

This training workshop is for individuals wanting to learn about their emotional resilience, build and develop on their emotional resilience and develop an action plan to thrive. It is a pre-booked and paid for workshop training as an individual. You will be in a private group via Facebook where the workshop will be hosted and have a private members area on this website for downloading materials.
