The Heart of Healing Trauma ™ Three Month Program

Ready to embody your true self, the vibrant, confident, curious and compassionate woman you desire to be? Free from the narratives of the past and the heart and soul injuries of the trauma you have experienced. 

Throughout the three months working with me I will safely guide you though:

  • Emotional agility : Understanding your emotional state and elevate you to see where you are and where you want to be.
  • Connecting you to your self compassion bringing you to a state of self acceptance; saying goodbye to the self criticism & shame you’ve been carrying around with you for too long!
  • Listening to and connecting you safely with your emotions in your mind, body & soul
  • Bringing safety and acceptance to your wounded inner child, reparenting her with the dignity, respect & love she deserved to experience. 
  • Bio-Energetic Boundary Setting – Connecting you with your boundaries & matching your intention with your body & voice.
  • Connecting you with your values and encompassing those values into your safe and healthy boundaries. 
  • EMDR (where indicated)
  • Mindset Transformation
  • Embodying your true self, healing your injured parts so that you live with confidence, curiosity & compassion.

Liberating you and guiding you safely to the healed, vibrant, energetic woman you can truly be! 

You will be working with me weekly 1:1 for 12 weeks, receiving exercises, worksheets, techniques and meditations outside of the sessions, and having access to me in between sessions via Whatsapp/ Email/Telegram for additional support and connection. I am always there holding your hand as you go through your healing journey to the liberated woman free from the trauma of the past. 

What to expect in my highly successful ‘Heart of Healing’ 2 Month Therapeutic Program

This two month program focuses on

  • Emotional agility : Understanding your emotional state and elevate you to see where you are and where you want to be.
  • The core foundation of self compassion therapy – mindfulness, self kindness, connectedness.
  • Defining your self limiting beliefs and identifying your personal strengths – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Connecting emotions to the felt body sense – Polyvagal & Somatic Therapy.
  • Determining and defining your values – creating your plan for values based living & connecting with what’s important to you.
  • Mindset Transformation

Guiding you safely through an exploration of the difficult emotions you have been experiencing & to a place of safety with them so that you feel liberated from the pain of those emotions & empowered on your continued journey in life with confidence, self worth and self compassion.
