This is where my 6 or 4 month therapy relationship focused on trauma healing and recovery is going to change your life.
As a trauma therapist with 24 years experience I am committed to providing you with the support, guidance, and tools you need to overcome the devastating effects of trauma. With my comprehensive and individualised approach, I’ll help you navigate the complex emotions and challenges that come with trauma healing and recovery, and provide you with the skills and strategies necessary to define and live the life you want as the person you truly feel you want to become.
We'll work together to develop a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship that prioritises your unique needs and goals.
We'll utilise evidence-based practices such as neurobiological therapy focused on mind and body connection, attachment therapy, somatic psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, inner child healing, polyvagal therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Compassionate Inquiry and more, to help you move forward with your healing journey.
Together we’ll explore the impact of your traumatic experiences, compassionately challenging and changing the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back, and develop a new blueprint of healthy empowering emotional, psychological and physiological patterns defining a happier, calmer and more balanced you.
Through either the 6 or 4 month therapy relationship focused on trauma healing and recovery, you'll gain a deep sense of self-awareness and self-love, cultivating a healthy attuned relationship with yourself and others, and experiencing a newfound sense of balance, confidence, and resilience. You'll learn to respond to and manage distressing emotions, develop a healthy perspective on your past experiences, and begin to truly heal from the inside out.

Together we map a bespoke plan that adapts to your specific needs and your emotional state as the journey progresses, based on this support structure and key foundations.

With me by your side, cross pollinating all my expertise and clinical training to your unique circumstances, we’ll create a healing journey which includes:
- Developing emotional agility through awareness, understanding & responding to all your emotions to bring harmony and balance on a psychological & physiological level.
- Working from the ‘bottom up’ and bringing awareness of unconscious thoughts, patterns & behaviours that have been driving survival; listening to the parts and ages of you that have designed these.
- Through a safe co-regulated relationship, developing an understanding of the impact your experiences have had on your emotions, perceptions, thoughts and behaviours,
- Bringing awareness to how these have been affecting you and developing a safe release & rewire from them in your mind, body and heart.
- Understanding your emotional attachments, your attachment IQ, in how you both see yourself and how you give and receive in relationships based on your past attachment blueprint, redesigning these based on safety and security with yourself.
- Connecting mind and body through the felt body sense using somatic psychotherapy & experiencing and polyvagal therapy.
- Bringing peace to your wounded inner child.
- Transforming your body and mind to a place of safety so that you can define and live safe & happy in the here and now and define yourself in your future.
